Who we are and how to reach us
KGM Group provides private asset location and recovery assistance by phone, email and online. This notice covers kgmgrp.com and inquiries made through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email info@kgmgrp.com, call 619-548-0973, or write to KGM Group, 16835 Algonquin St #122, Huntington Beach, CA 92649-3810. This is a mailing address.
Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your name, phone number and email address, with space for a message. You may include a letter reference, property details or a brief description of a potential claim. Grant receives website inquiries by email and uses the information to respond to the assistance you requested.
Keep a first inquiry to basic contact and reference details. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details or identity-document images. Confirm the recipient, purpose and submission method before sending supporting claim documents.
Inquiry use, recipients and retention
KGM retains website inquiries for one year. KGM does not use or share inquiry information for marketing. Service providers involved in hosting this website and delivering or storing email process information needed to provide those services.
The website contact form uses Forminator, and inquiry notifications are delivered to Grant through Google email services. Form processing and website records are hosted within KGM’s WordPress environment. This one-year inquiry policy does not describe every record that may be required in a later client engagement; discuss the handling of any additional claim documents before providing them.
You can contact KGM to ask about your inquiry information or request access, correction or deletion. Provide enough basic information to identify your inquiry, without sending sensitive documents in the initial request.
Website hosting and operational services
The site uses WordPress.com and Jetpack services from Automattic, including existing site statistics and operational features. These services can process technical information such as browser details, IP addresses, page activity and cookies to operate, secure and measure the site. Their handling of information is described in Automattic’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Google’s handling of information through its email services is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The Google Analytics choice below controls KGM’s optional Google Analytics tag. It does not switch off hosting, contact-form delivery, existing WordPress/Jetpack services, or your browser’s own settings.
Optional Google Analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” KGM uses Google Analytics to understand visits to public pages, accepted contact-form submissions and clicks on its phone or text links. A form event means the website form reported acceptance; it does not establish email delivery or a qualified inquiry. A phone or text click indicates contact intent, not a connected call or a sent message.
KGM’s custom inquiry events do not read or send the name, email address, phone number, message or claim documents entered into the form. The measurement uses fixed event labels and public page paths, with query strings and fragments excluded from the page address supplied by KGM. For source attribution, KGM supplies only the referring website’s origin (such as https://www.google.com), excluding its page path, query and fragment. Google also processes technical browser and device information and uses analytics cookies when allowed. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled for this tag.
The Google tag remains off until you allow it. Use “Analytics choices” at the bottom of the site to allow or decline future measurement. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep this Google tag off. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; analytics cookies are configured with a 30-day lifetime without extending that lifetime on each visit. Clearing browser storage can clear your saved choice.
KGM’s Google Analytics property is configured to retain user-level and event-level data for two months, without resetting that period on new activity. This setting does not apply to most aggregated standard reports, which may remain available longer. Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s data-retention explanation.
